24-Hr Rapid and 2-Hr Express Repairs

Upgrade with our Rapid and Express Repair Services
If you need your desktop PC, laptop, smartphone, tablet or other device repaired in a hurry… don’t worry about it! Here at Disc Depot Dundee, we offer a choice of two fast repair service upgrades that can have it back to you in as little as two hours.

  • 24 Hour Rapid Repair Service Upgrade – £15 – This guarantees to have your computer repaired within 24 hours. The flat rate applies to a single computer or device regardless of how many repairs or services are being carried out on it. An essential when you have work to be done, and just can’t wait!
  • 2 Hour Express Repair Service Upgrade – £25 – If you need work carried out faster still, our Express service on selected repairs guarantees that they’ll be carried out within just two hours of it arriving in our store.

If you wish to take advantage of these services, please let us know when your repair is booked in. If your repair is urgent, we recommend telephoning or contacting us in advance (see here for our contact details) to confirm that the Rapid or Express services are currently available for that device in our Dundee store.


Terms and Conditions

  • The 24-hour and 2-hour times quoted are for the time spent in our workshop, and exclude any delivery time to and from our premises.
  • Not available for repairs or services taking place on customer premises (home or office).
  • Service upgrade charges apply to a single device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) being repaired during a single session, regardless of how much work is carried out.
  • Both services are subject to availability and time constraints.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service upgrade requests for any reason.
