If you don’t already have a Blu-Ray drive on your system, we strongly recommend taking a look at this option. Not only can you watch your favourite films in 1080p full high-definition (HD) but some models (“burners”) are able to write Blu-Ray discs as well. Not only are these burners now incredibly affordable, but at the time of writing, the cost of blank Blu-Ray media (BD-R) has fallen to just 40p per 25GB disc (in packs of 10).* Per gigabyte, that works out at under half the price of our cheapest DVD discs- incredible! Remember that Blu-Ray drives can read and write DVD and CD discs as well- all in one!
We now also stock dual-layer (50GB) recordable Blu-Ray discs.
In short, yes, you can enjoy the benefits of the latest Blu-Ray drives without breaking the bank. They’re here now, and at prices everyone can afford.

Fit it Yourself or Have It Installed
If you simply want to buy a replacement DVD writer, or a Blu-Ray reader or burner to fit yourself, we can sell them to you off the shelf.
However, if you’d rather have someone else fit it for you, don’t worry- we’re here to help! Our staff can do this for you, quickly and efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. We’ll even install the drivers and other necessary software at the same time.
