iPhone 15 Battery Replacement
All phones’ internal batteries will eventually degrade with age and/or use, giving reduced charge capacity and performance. We wouldn’t expect your iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro or 15 Pro Max’s battery to degrade within a few months, but after you’ve had it for several years- and particularly if it’s been in heavy use- you may find it becoming more of an issue.
Another sign that your iPhone 15’s battery will need replaced is if the case appears to be “bulging”. This is caused by the battery itself having swollen, which can put it in a potentially dangerous state (along with straining and bending the internals of your iPhone). If your iPhone is bulging, we recommend that you stop using it and have the battery replaced immediately or as soon as possible.
Note that problems with the charging port and/or charging cable are also sometimes mistaken for a faulty battery. We can carry out a charging port replacement (see below) if necessary.
