Latest Batch of Refurb MacBook and Windows Laptops

Here you can see our technician installing the latest version of MacOS on a MacBook, the final part of refurbishment before it gets checked and goes on display. This is just one of the next batch of MacBook and Windows-based laptops that will be going on sale soon.

As far as Apple Macs go, we usually have a handful of MacBook models including the regular MacBook (and MacBook Retina) and MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models. Each will have been upgraded to the latest version of MacOS they’re able to run- in many cases, this will be the latest version! Those which originally came with a hard drive will have had this upgraded to an SSD (flash-based solid state drive). Believe us when we say that this significantly improves the performance.

If you want a Windows laptop PC that’s good for web browsing, office work and light-to-medium use, you can save a surprising amount by buying a refurbished machine from us. The range varies, but typically includes some Lenovo ThinkPad models (the ideal choice for no-nonsense, serious work) and we’ve currently got an Advent and Toshiba waiting to go on display. No idea how long those will last before being snapped up, as a lot of people are still working from home and there’s still a good demand for refurbs.

Most of the Windows refurb laptops we have on sale will also have been upgraded to include an SSD drive.
