Instructions
The LogMeIn service lets our technicians access your PC over the Internet, to provide you with online support.
To get started, you should already have been given a 6-digit PIN code by a member of Disc Depot's staff. You should enter this code into the box above.
Once the code has been successfully entered, Internet Explorer users should see a popup box similar to this:-
You must click "Run" to continue. This will install and run a small helper application on your computer (this will remove itself from your system once it is no longer needed).
Once this has been done, our technicians will be able to access your PC.
