UK-Wide Services via Two-Way Courier
Disc Depot Dundee offers most of its computer repair and installation services for customers nationwide. When you order these services, we will arrange for a courier to collect your laptop or desktop PC, carry out the work on our premises, and then have the computer returned to you.
Please note that our optional 24-hour Rapid Repair service does not include the time taken for your computer to be delivered to and from our premises.
When using our courier-based services, you
must ensure that
your computer is properly and safely packed according to our guidelines.
UK-Wide Services via Remote Internet Access
For the ultimate in convenience, we can carry out certain repairs and installations over the Internet, with no need for you to send your computer to us at all. This is available for all home and business customers within the UK with a broadband-speed Internet connection.

contact us for more information. Please note that not all services are available over the Internet.)
How does it work? It's very simple. Once you've purchased the service, we'll contact you to agree a suitable time for you to be at your computer.
You'll then be given a 6-digit access code (PIN) that you should type in to
the remote services login page from the computer you need fixed. Now, click "Connect to Technician" and run the downloaded file as shown. This installs a small helper application on your PC which will be removed once your computer has been fixed.
That's it! Now our technicians can fix your PC and you can go and do something else.
