We offer various services to homes and businesses in Dundee, Tayside and North Fife, including:-
Free and Reduced-Rate Local Delivery
We offer
free local delivery for orders to addresses within the DD1 to DD6 postal areas (shown on
green in the map above).
This offer applies to all standard orders of at least £30 (excluding postage). For orders under £30 in value, we offer delivery within the same area for
just £1.50!
(Excludes computer repairs and installation services)
Free Local Collection for your Computer
For instore computer repairs and installations, we offer a
free local collection service for your laptop or desktop PC. This is available for addresses in the areas shown in
green on the map above (DD1 to DD6).
Please note that the free collection service covers delivery
to our premises only; you can collect your computer from our Union Street shop. If this is not suitable, most of our services also include a version with UK-wide courier delivery to and from our premises (i.e. both directions).
Repairs and Installations in your Home or Business Premises
A number of our repair and installation services can be carried out within your own home, office or business premises. These are available for all addresses within the areas shown in
yellow or in
green on the map above (DD1 to DD11, PH11 to PH14 and PH2).
If you live just outside these areas, we may still be able to visit your home or premises- please contact us first to confirm suitability and price.
For other parts of the UK further afield, we offer many of our repair and installation services with a
UK-wide two-way courier service for your computer or via
remote access over the Internet.
